2. I used a credit card (not issued in Malaysia) and failed to complete the checkout multiple times. What should I do?

Please update your billing address so that it matches your shipping address exactly.

About Order Status

To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in Hijabni.com. Go into your order history to check your order status.

Order Cancellation & Amendment

You have the option to cancel your order within 30 minutes after checkout. Please note, a 2% payment gateway charge will be imposed and the balance via credit/debit card issuing bank may require 7–14 business days to be refunded.

3. I like to change/update my shipping address for Home Delivery online order.

You may cancel the online order within 30 minutes after the order is confirmed and a store credit will be reimbursed to you. You can then place a new online order with correct details.

4. I had cancelled my online order but not receiving the refund yet.

No Order Confirmation or Missing Order in History

You can view all your orders in the Order History section of your profile. A successful order will have a valid order number, and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after checkout.

If you do not see an order number in your Order History, it means the order was not completed successfully.

If payment has been deducted for a failed transaction using a credit or debit card, please contact our customer care team for further support.

Order Cancelled Automatically

If you used Online Banking and your order was cancelled, this may be due to a failed payment transaction. Your bank will process the refund automatically within 3–5 business days. However, if it is due to store credit mismatch, only store credit will be refund.

Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated. You may place a new order instead.

Standard (Home) Delivery

Hijabni.com offers standard delivery service to your home or preferred address with care. Once your order is handed over to the courier for delivery, you will receive an email from our system once your purchase is out for delivery.

Delivery Charges

RM5-RM15 rate per order dependng on your location.

Free shipping is available with a minimum spend of RM140 and above (only in Malaysia)*.

*Minimum spend is calculated after applying any Hijabni.com coupons or promotions.

Delivery Lead Time

Hijabni requires a standard 7-14 days for prduction and delivery. Some products may require additional processing time prior to shipment. In such cases, delivery may take an extra 1–2 working days beyond the standard lead time.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification. Depending on the courier assigned, you may check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the email.

Return Conditions

Hijabni.com only accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered

Return window: Within 5 days from the date you receive your parcel.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used
  • The product has been washed
  • The product has been altered
  • More than 10 days have passed since the product was received
  • No invoice or receipt number is provided
  • The product is damaged (not due to delivery)
Return Method

To initiate a return, please contact us via email to arrange a courier pickup. Once the returned product is received and verified, store credit of equal value will be issued with no expiry date. This credit will be reflected in the "Store Credit" section of your account profile.

Return Policy

Products must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order from Hijabni.com.
For example: If you received your order on 1st May, you must contact us by 5th May to return the item(s).

Refunds will be issued as store credit of the same value (after applying any coupon discounts) with no expiry date. This will be reflected in your account’s store credit section.

Items sold at discounted prices due to defects or faults are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Hijabni.com reserves the right to reject return requests if:

  • We identify a pattern of habitual returns at our sole discretion
  • We suspect the purchase was made for resale purposes

Hijabni.com reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any return and may update this return policy at any time without prior notice.

If a returned product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, no refund will be provided.

You will be required to arrange your own delivery to have the product returned to you.

We do not allow exchanges of product type or design. Returns are subject to our return policy terms.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt?

No. As stated in our Return & Exchange Policy, an invoice or receipt number is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Do you offer price adjustments if an item I purchased goes on sale?

Our prices are reviewed and adjusted regularly based on various factors. We are unable to refund the price difference or offer retroactive discounts. However, if you choose to return the item, your refund will reflect the original purchase price minus any applied coupon discounts.

5. How do coupons or vouchers affect my refund?

Any coupon or voucher used during the original purchase will not be reinstated or replaced if you choose to return the product. The refunded store credit will be based on the net amount paid after discount.

Receipt

In accordance with the Malaysian government's MyInvois (e-Invoice) initiative, all receipts are now issued following the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia’s e-Invoice guidelines.
